  We have relationships with Finance companies such as Hard Money, Conventional & Commercial Financing. When dealing with Financing I found that majority not all but a good portion of Mortgage Brokers are not up front, and for some reason they don't think they can just tell us (the Investor) what's going on. If the deal is dead let me know don't just string me on, hide from me, and send me to voice mail. I need answers!!!!! And I need them now...  Fortunately over the years we have established relationships with Finance Professionals that will tell you within 24-48 hours if we have a deal or not. Majority of the time we're dealing directly with the bank .
